Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our portal.
